Head - Media & Brand Communication - Adverting Firm

Primary Responsibilities: Must have managed Budgets of ~100 + Crores

Media :

- Leading & Managing mass media and provide guidance to the brand teams on leveraging opportunities in the offline/digital arena keeping in mind brand business objectives

- Work closely with media agencies and brand/category teams and ensuring successful implementation & execution of all media plans

- Recommend the right media priorities, mix, weights, schedule and so on, using competitive benchmarking, campaign insights and consumer truths

- Conceptualize, plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and guiding the GTM strategies there

- Provide critical inputs for enhancing effectiveness and efficiencies on the Planning, Buying and Creative fronts

- Develop & maintain benchmark media processes & improve upon the same

- Utilize available media vehicles effectively & create new opportunities/innovations at tactical and strategic levels

Brand Identity :

- Work on creation of brand identity of Business (corporate) brand and work closely with product category team.

- Create guidelines for usage of brand logos and ensure strict implementation of the same.

- PR (handled by separate team member reporting to Lead Corporate Brand)

- Work closely with public relations agency to accomplish media goals, including creation of informative and engaging press notes, newsletters, and media collaterals

- Plan & implement online PR content calendar & campaigns for social media to enhance corporate brand reputation.
