Head - MarTech/Measurement & Tooling (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for highly creative growth marketer with deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, strong sense of self-ownership and ability to drive metrics in collaboration with internal as well as external teams. It is a full-stack role with responsibility of managing paid marketing tools and integrations, work with analytics and product teams to build new capabilities as well as explore, evaluate, integrate and onboard new age third party solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically as well as driving digital growth via paid/un-paid channels

- Strategize digital performance investment across businesses and work alongside sales teams to improve contribution from paid channels while continuously optimizing for higher ROI/ROAS

- Be on top of latest AdTech/MarTech industry developments, critically evaluate emerging solutions for potential integration into ecosystem and be the internal champion to ensure deployment

- Analyze audience targeting, interaction and subsequent journeys to identify actionable insights, provide recommendations followed by enabling quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs

- Manage partnerships and collaborate to integrate backend tools and technologies across Partner Agencies, and other associated larger platforms/publishers like Google, Facebook, etc.

- Analyze conversion funnels, identify optimization areas, and collaborate with internal and external teams/partners to development and implement appropriate solutions

- Introduce and drive adoption of automation across audience segment creation, activation, campaign analytics and attribution to improve speed of execution, reducing errors as well as bringing better visibility for all stakeholders

- Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments, and smaller tweaks with equal ease

- Stakeholder management with peer group and senior leadership

- Have deep understanding of Google Analytics and marketing campaign management tools like Google AdWords, Facebook ads.

- Should have experience with App lead business and have through understanding of App backend technologies, how to stitch app analytics data with marketing data.

- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements

- Have experience in A/B test designing aligned to business objectives, derive continuous growth with experimentation mindset.

Preferred Candidate:

- Overall, 8-10 years of work experience with minimum 5 years of experience in managing large scale performance digital integrations like Google Analytics, Firebase, Omni Channel marketing tools like Clevertap, Mo-engage etc.

- Deep understanding of marketing technologies, measurement, attribution modelling and digital analytics

- Well-developed knowledge of data stitching, SQL, BigQuery, AWS & Data Science

- Understanding of Growth Marketing, First Principle thinking, exceptional attention to detail, great analytical bent

- Comfortable in working in an Agile, high-ownership and high-performance team with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an ambiguous high velocity environment without compromising on core deliverable
