Head Marketplace (B2B/ B2C) for Agribazaar - Mumbai Location.

Agribazaar is a one-stop online trading platform for agri commodities. In 2016, we started out by building an online platform to connect farmers, traders, banks and enterprises. In 2017, we created an award-winning wallet - Agri Pay - that has facilitated transactions of over $1 billion. Today, we are leveraging AI-driven insights and analytics to offer customized credit-on-a-click, crop advisory and more. Agribazaar is an online marketplace that offers several post-harvest services driven through an intelligent and intuitive system.

Qualification: MBA from good pedigree

Candidate who are ready to relocate will be eligible.

Job Responsibilities:

The main objective of this position is to develop the ecommerce trading platform for business. The incumbent would be responsible for onboarding Buyers & Sellers in Agri commodities. The main objective would be to nurture, manage and support innovative business initiatives in Modern Agriculture Technology.

Need a Thinker, strategist and do-er. Competitive E-commerce growth strategist with significant leadership experience in building teams, scaling & transforming business. Skilled in brand development and market segmentation to drive new business growth and go-to-market strategies.

Leading revenue growth at the marketplace, managing the P&L of platform and driving GMV growth. Strategizing launch plans for Go to Market, understanding B2B market demand.

- Managing Buyside : Onboarding Buyers such as Britannia, ParleG, etc . Managing a team of Key account managers and onboarding buyers on the marketplace.

- Engaging sellers and building on Sell Side(merchandizing, offers, demand planning, sales channels)

- Responsible for Marketing ( traffic, conversions), design marketing mix , develop trade schemes, marketing collaterals and digital media campaigns for increasing the awareness of the product categories

- Drive Product strategy and roadmap for product expansion. Initiate product enhancement in line with the market feedback. Accountable for Product Development along with CPTO in alignment with consumer needs, expansion of categories basis selection requirement

Trend analysis and opportunity gap matrix for respective categories
