Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help organization achieve brand and business objective through customer centric
- Marketing, Branding and communication strategies & effective executions
- Leading and overseeing marketing department.
- Managing ATL & BTL activities to achieve brand as well as business objectives.
- Performing market research to identify trends
- Gaining knowledge of competitors' marketing initiatives
- Creating and executing overall marketing strategies to create awareness of company's products and services
- Creating and overseeing annual marketing plan.
- Creating and overseeing annual marketing budget and allocating resources
- Build a strong digital brand through effective website management, ORM and advocacy marketing
- Leveraging technology, webinar, virtual events & social media to help business generate leads and build engagement
- Ensuring consistent brand image across all the touch points as per the brand guidelines
- Internal communications for strategic and impact making projects for organization
- Planning and ensuring roll out of promotional events
- New product launch
- Representing the company and forming strategic partnerships with media, overseeing public relations efforts and writing press releases.
- Producing quality online content and managing company's publications.
