Head Marketing (For a Leading University)
Job Description :
- Provide leadership for the development of global strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted market and to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, amongst potential student and other stake holders.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
- Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
- Build and Monitor Marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Online, PR) alliances, on ground branding and managing marketing budgets of all events.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Monitor all marketing campaigns and their effectiveness through analytics.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the management.
- Market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, including competitor activities.
- Provide guidance and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all departments appropriately structure, manned & teams developed.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the University objectives
- Track competitors- activities.
- Building strategic relationships with external partners such as Print and online Media, Industry Association, supervising relationships with past and current sponsors.
- Provide guidance for internal communication and branding needs.
