Role Description :

As Head of Marketing, the incumbent will have overall responsibility of brand development and customer acquisition. The candidate will be accountable for building the company brand and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing - online and offline. This role will be responsible for managing marketing investments and accountable for growth target. The Marketing head will be responsible for developing and deploying a comprehensive marketing plan with fully integrated tactics (advertising, digital and mobile marketing, retail/partner and consumer-facing PR)

This highly empowered role demands innovative thinking along with a creative and energetic approach to leadership who thrives when juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced, high performing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive consumer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, launch and marketing strategy.

- Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning & product / promotional messaging across all platforms.

- Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue

- Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.

Online :

- Generate quality traffic to the website/ mobile application to ensure target conversion rates.

- Act as the go-to expert within digital marketing (web, search, display, email, content, paid and social marketing activities)

- Lead multiple digital marketing experiment and initiatives across channels, with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.

- Use social media management tools for effortless campaign execution and tracking tools like Google Analytics for accurate measurement of key metrics

- Measure ROI's and funnel conversion at a campaign level and track improvements

- Report effectiveness of all digital activity including web analytics, conversions etc for each campaign

Offline :

- Spearhead Offline marketing and business alliances

- Experience in Designing & Implementing ATL/ BTL activities is a bonus.

- Ability to manage and introduce campaigns as planned, on-time.
