Head Marketing - Tools and Automation (11 to 13yrs) - Indonesia

Location : Indonesia

Job Description :

- Prepare and Manage Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast for Revenues,Profits,and Marketing Expenses.

- Meet or exceed monthly,quarterly and annual revenue and Profit objective.

- Coordinate with Planning and Operation for Sales and Operation Planning Process.

- Identify new Market segments and help in developing the new Products.

- Coordinate with various stake holders and new Product Introduction team for the introducing the new Products.

Marketing and Communication :

- Create and Execute Annual Integrated Marketing and Communication Plan

- Manage advertising agencies for Market Communication, New Product Launches.

- Develop the Sales Promotion Plan for Domestic as well International Market

- Complete competition analysis and decide the Product Positioning strategy for the new Products and realigning the Product Positioning for the existing Products.

- Develop the KRA for Domestic and International Sales and Marketing Team.

- Monitor the performance of the Team

Requirement :

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree

- Masters Degree with specialization in Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience :

- 11-12 years of relevant experience of managing Sales and Marketing, Distribution Management.

- Experience of handling Indonesia Geography
