Head - Marketing - Textile (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Dynamically manage relationships with personnel from partner brands

- Set the tone, handwriting & culture for internal teams to communicate internally & externally

- Create, plan & execute social media, events & other customer-facing outreach

- Establish a system of quality control on all partner & public-facing content and written copy

- Direct all PR-related events with full coordination with partner brands

- Establish brand & marketing related budgets in line with overall budget & strategy

- Prepare financial & cultural targets & vision for the brand

- Contribute to product selection based on past & forward-facing performance marketing outlook trends, demand and overall brand positioning

- Analyze sales trends in relation with outreach efforts and activities; identify areas of weakness and work towards solutions for improvement

- Suggest markdown & reorder strategy based on customer & store feedback

- Regularly review sales trends

- Identify poor-selling items and propose solutions for moving the merchandise

- Identify fast-selling items and propose solutions to ensure supply is plentiful

- Manage internal reports that help visualize the strengths and opportunities of the partner brands

- Develop and maintain an internal database of media contacts and other important brand partners

- Create an internal brand manual to facilitate team members' understanding of and communication of the company's India' culture with the most relevant tone and language'

- Ideate, plan & execute the digital marketing strategy

- Build the team via recruiting and internal education/team building

- Establish & regularly QC the HR language and onboarding process

- Create a holistic strategy and transform into team briefs and developmental plans to draw GTM plans to drive consumer obsession for brand and campaigns in- line with the Brand Calendar.

- Drive and support the development of the brand activation plans by leveraging a deep knowledge of BTL and 360-degree marketing pillars across all communication channels.

- Define campaign performance metrics, track performance during the campaign, and to derive post campaign learnings and formulate a future course of action.
