The Head - Marketing is expected to enhance the brand position, strengthen brand engagement, manage demand generation and establish an integrated marketing. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Head will be as follows :
1. Marketing and brand management- Establishing the brands as 'thought leaders' across categories
2. Designing & implementing online and offline Go-To market framework
3. Enhance and manage the demand generation & brand engagement engine using the social, digital marketing platforms
4. Create and manage the digital and offline advertising to generate demand (Leads) across consumer, business, service provider & government segments within India
5. Responsible for demand generation & customer online acquisition through Inside-Sales with focus on online purchase process
6. Build an effective and sharp communication framework based on the brand
Guidelines :
7. Establish and manage a strong partner & channel marketing framework
8. Strengthening & enhancing press, Media, and PR communication; including press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities
9. Develop brand alliances and partnerships for demand generation
10. Enhance customer experience
11. Build resilience and sustenance
