We, ProPeople Consulting Group have been assigned by an MNC to identify suitable personnel for Marketing Head for their Kolkata office requirement. Details as below;

Organisation : An MNC (Service Sector)

Position : Marketing Head

Reporting to : Business Head

Grade : DGM

Location : Kolkata

CTC : 35-40 Lacs (negotiable)

Pre-requisites :

- Full time MBA

- 10-15 years of experience in Marketing

- Preference to those having experience with telecom operator

Key Responsibilities : Business KPIs, Brand and customer life cycle management from strategic as well as operational point of view.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Brand track index, brand imagery and visibility in the market, retail visibility and trade management.

- Managing, Net and Gross revenue targets high focus on EBIDTA

- Maintaing healthy customer life cycle in terms of retention, usage & revenue enhancement, offer competitive pricing to subs in line with competition, maintaining rate per minute and ARPU

- Offer innovative VAS for subscribers, benchmarking with industry in terms of GR to VAS ratio and usage and penetration levels, Leverage 3G, Offer seamless roaming experience to National & International subs.

- Achieving quality gross adds with the help of sales for prepaid and postpaid business.

- Get insights from research and dipsticks to know market forces, Plan business actionable and forecast on basis trends and analytics.
