Head - Marketing - Tech Solutions Provider (8-12 yrs)

A well funded, new age B2B tech solution provider in the blue collared space is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to build the brand, visibility and business growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing plans to help establish the brand as the industry leader, aligning the marketing objectives with that of the organizational objectives, especially with respect to the product roadmap. 

- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest, brand awareness & recall and sales (B2B and B2C)

- Drive product demonstrations (B2B and B2C) with the customers / clients to introduce new product launches and features and enhancements 

- Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis 

- Collaborate with the business/Product/Technology teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies at the organizational and product levels. 

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, social presence and promotional activities) 

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas 

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share 

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) 

Qualifications 

- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably for a growing start up with a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategy in B2B and B2C domains 

- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team 

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills 

- Excellent experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing 

- Analytical mind
