Head - Marketing - Tech Experience Centre (10-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities

It is a brand space that focuses on customer experience and brand immersion designed as a playground and community space where customers can discover and experience the best of tech across their mobile, TV, computing and connected home appliances.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1) Head of Marketing role is a key leadership position and will be responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plan for the premium store to support the overall strategy.

2) Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for the experience Centre.

3) Drive a deep understanding of the consumer through data, insights and measurement, ensuring activity is always optimized.

4) Collaboration with key stakeholders across the various team members, product divisions, HQ through skilled communications and reporting to achieve alignment.

5) Recruit, lead and develop a marketing team that includes a Digital Marketing Manager Marketing Comm's Manager & Event / Partnership Manager (Off line).

6) Lead and manage all outputs of the marketing team across Paid, Earned, Owned & Shared including (but not limited to): Creative, Paid media, Microsite, CRM Programme, Membership programme, PR, Social, Content, Events, Partnerships, In-store activations, Promotional propositions

Desired Profile :

- Should have 10+ years of marketing experience.

- Intelligent- passionate & motivated with high energy levels ability to work in a fast paced environment.

- Proven strategic capabilities with agility to be tactical based on business need.

- Strong creative development skills/creative judgement.

- Commercially savvy: the ability to translate brand and marketing opportunities into harder sales -metrics.

- Good working knowledge of the process and budget management.

- Collaborative: the ability to build a network, understand different points of view, overcome objections, deliver a vision, a plan and then make it happen by working with and through others.

- Experience of navigating and delivering in a large, matrixed multi-national organization.

- Excellent attention to detail
