Reporting to: Head Marketing  Reported by: Product/ Brand Managers  FMCG experience is a must.  Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)  This position is responsible to gather consumer insights through market research and input the same to build a strong brand portfolio. This includes managing strategic, marketing initiatives, advertising and special campaigns as well as the support of new product launches at the regional and local level.  Key Roles and Responsibilities :   Financial :   - Develop & drive portfolio strategy and planning  - Develop pricing strategy and enable price revisions in identified segments  - Responsible for the product ensuring that all strategic initiatives and new product development meet overall brand profitability targets  - Track ROI on key promotional activities & take corrective measures  - Plan brand spends  Customer Oriented :   - Develop consumer insights through market research  - Leverage research insights, identify gaps and re-define brand architecture  People Oriented :   - Maintain relationships with all external suppliers (PR, advertising, media, packaging, research, etc.) to ensure that agreed objectives are delivered on time and within budget  - Effectively manage communication and strong relationships with all internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, SCM, Manufacturing and NPD teams)  - Support training and development of the team Internal Business Process   - Commission planned market researches  - Leverage research insights to define clear Brand STP, identify portfolio opportunities etc.  - Develop brand plan (long & short term) and lead implementation of the same  - Develop and own brand creatives along with creative agency  - Roll out activations aligned with brand plan  - Track change in brand perception  - Utilize industry/ market/ competition intelligence to input for NPD  - Ensure NPD launches are aligned with portfolio strategy  - Streamline and manage launch feedback process  - Establish the brand as a socially responsible business entity with a great brand value  - Regularly review brand performance with Head - Marketing and take corrective action as & when required   Interested candidates can share their updated resume   Request you to please mention your current fixed CTC as well.
