Position Title : Head - Marketing Strategy (Housing Finance)

Grade : GM

Reporting to : Business Head

Work Experience : 12 to 15 years

Qualification : Bachelor's Degree, MBA - Marketing preferred

Skills :

- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to develop and implement business strategies and assess business performance in a cross functional environment

- Ability to frame options related to business issues and independently develop details and analysis

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills

- Equally effective in formal and informal settings with senior managers at conveying key information and defending positions

- Strong PowerPoint presentation and excel modeling skills

- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership ability

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement organic growth and new customer acquisition initiatives

- Frame, research and identify new growth ideas

- Define business case

- Conduct strategic assessment

- Assess future growth prospects

- Identify cross-segment opportunities

- Support direct mail assessment and analysis to develop contact, creative and offer strategies

- Assess and implement proper media mix strategy both cable network media and broadcast media

- Perform market segment analysis to provide insight as to customer and market needs

- Conduct market/competitive analysis and work with product and marketing managers to form shared views of the marketplace

- Develop and determine marketing performance measurement dashboard

- Quantify the trade-offs, inter-relationships and elasticity of brand, advertising, promotions, direct mail and other sales and marketing levers to determine optimal investment

- Determine industry growth rates and growth potential for segments, suggesting, developing and implementing opportunity action plans

- Identify root cause of non-performance, suggest remedial action to execute turnaround efforts

- Lead, manage and coordinate staff
