Head Marketing - Startup
- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of the marketing strategy and ensure effective implementation of the plans as per the organization's goals.
- Develop marketing strategy and implement the same
- Brand management - ensuring the brand gets effective visibility
- Social Media management - handle all digital platforms for effective buzz in the market
- Leverage affiliate partnerships for brand
- Responsible for marketing ROI and successfully developing cost-effective solutions.
- Overseeing all branding, digital & traditional marketing, event planning, public relations, and community outreach programs.
- Lead strategic initiatives to deliver on business KPIs - spanning across top-line growth, P&L, product, and marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience :
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in planning, managing, executing business strategy, multi-channel & multi-segment marketing campaigns.
- Startup experience is a must / preferably with scaling the business
- Affinity for technology and employing systems and agencies to drive marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication; strong analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent in managing internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-growing & dynamic environment.
