About the role:

- As the head of Marketing you will have the opportunity to shape the brand in the market. Being an upcoming product category, we have the rare opportunity to make the brand the voice of authority in our massive category which is pegged at 50Bn$ in this decade. You will be working with a team of product managers, content writers, graphic designers, and branding agencies to execute our marketing vision. You will be responsible for growing the top-of-the-funnel lead generation via multiple channels. Our aim is to build the most trusted and largest home-energy brand in India.

- You need to be frugal, entrepreneurial, and analytical with strong interpersonal skills to excel in this role. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and about our consumers deeply as you define our marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing the marketing strategy and budgets in line with the business goals

- Executing marketing and growth strategy across PAN India

- Managing marketing initiatives across all lead generation channels - digital marketing, referrals, SEO, BTL, etc.

- Working with influencers to establish our digital presence on Youtube

- Closely tracking results and RoI of all marketing initiatives and helping optimize CACs

- Work closely with the product team to streamline referral marketing

- Ensuring anyone who signs up converts into a high-value user

- Be responsible for the entire marketing budget for the company

- Lead a 6-member content, design & BTL marketing team


- Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA (preferred)

- 5+ years of experience in start-ups or corporates across marketing/ growth roles

- Experience in a D2C high-growth start-up environment is preferred (consumer-facing start-ups)

- A strategic and tactical thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving organizational growth

Compensation: Comprising Fixed, Performance Bonus, and ESOPS.
