JOB DESCRIPTION As India's fastest growing fintech start-up, Our client is looking for a Head of SME Marketing to take our products to a million Indian MSME businesses. Overseeing a diverse marketing team of digital marketers, content writers, growth hackers, and community managers - the SME Marketing head will have to exercise creativity and establish the playbook for building a B2B marketing engine which can acquire a thousand customers a day. What you will do (Roles and Responsibilities) - Deeply understand the small business psyche to derive qualitative insights for building Our client marketing strategies (digital, content, growth, engagement) targeting breadth and depth of our varied and diverse customer segments. - Build and grow the inbound marketing engine for Our client which helps us acquire thousands of new customers every day with zero sales touch. - Lead a growing team owning functions of Demand Generation, Content Strategy, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing for Our client - Create a culture of sustained experimentation and growth hacking to distinguish Our client in the fintech space and create the playbook for Inbound Marketing to MSMEs in India - Drive integrated marketing plans for demand generation utilizing digital marketing, email marketing, offline events and promotions (ATL and BTL), etc - Build dashboards and reports for insights about the success of demand generation efforts for Our client. Analyze the results weekly, identify insights, and optimize for increased conversions - Work closely with cross-functional teams on the launch strategy for new products/features - Be relentlessly data-driven and research the Indian MSME market to understand opportunities for our products and solutions Who we are looking for (Desired Skills) - 11 years of experience in Marketing - especially, SME Marketing or B2B Marketing or Strategy Consulting - Track record of having conceived and executed distribution and growth ideas which have helped businesses attain hyper-growth. - Demonstrated ability to have attained business metrics via marketing programs - Strong people management skills and a desire to lead and nurture a team towards excellence - Creativity, out of the box thinking, desire to experiment and take risks - At least 4-5 years of product marketing or go-to-market; experience working in technology, product or platform companies is preferred
