Responsibilities :

- Developing, designing and implementing creative & innovative marketing plans to create awareness of the company's business activities.

- Identifying PR opportunities by interacting with various internal functional experts and by analyzing macro-economic and industry issues

- Supervising marketing campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.

- Managing the entire budgeting for the Marketing department.

- Handling the responsibility of Hiring, Training & Coaching the entire Marketing team with the ability to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

Requirements :

- Post Graduate in Marketing/Communication with proven experience as Marketing Head in a premium organization and having expertise in catering to the HNI clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication & networking skills.

- Analytical and creative thinking individual who can change as per the changing business requirements

- Excellent leadership and organizing skills
