The person will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building brand awareness and positioning for our company's brands. The person will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share. PRIMARY TASK INVOLVED : - Lead, Design &amp; implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities. - Accountable for internal and external Product vision, and lead the existing and new product development. - Evolve Category and Product Management Strategy - Plan and execute various marketing communication strategies for the new and existing products of the company. - Develop and manage annual marketing budgets &amp; monitor costs &amp; spending. - Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends. - Translate market research results into actionable insights for marketing team. - Develop various strategies for Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing and Online/eCommerce Marketing. - Continually monitor market changes, consumer trends &amp; competitors thereby adjust the marketing plans if necessary. SECONDARY TASK INVOLVED : - Work closely with sales department to develop pricing strategies - Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. - Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing. - Build effective partnership with external stakeholders like Media, Public Relation &amp; Advertisement agencies etc., - Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management DESIRED SKILLS : - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills - Creating and maintaining client relationships - Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis - Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing - Proven ability to plan and manage budgets - Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills - High competence in People Management, Project Management and Stakeholder Management
