Head - Marketing - Skin Care Segment - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
The Individual (Indian) should be based & settled in Dubai (this is must)
India's leading & one of top FMCG personal care company is looking for Head Marketing for the Consumer Product Range products in Skincare and Haircare segment. This position is based in Dubai.
Education : Incumbent MUST possess post-graduation from Reputed Management Institute.
Experience : 10-20 years of Core marketing experience in FMCG segment (Personal Care, Skin Care)
Responsibilities :
- This role heads entire Marketing function for the SBU of consumer product range.
- Incumbent will be responsible for value and volume growth, product lifecycle management, new strategic initiatives, marketing and communication strategy of the SBU and the brans and entire business strategy.
- The incumbent shall have P& L responsibility.
- Apart from Heading marketing function, the incumbent will be responsible for in organic and organic growth of the offering of SBU through evaluating opportunities to launch new category or brand/s.
- Incumbent MUST have hands-on experience in managing Direct to Consumer brands and preference would be given to those with an understanding of skincare brands.
- The incumbent will have a team reporting in and incumbent reports into the Head of Sales and Marketing
- This position is based in Dubai.
