Broadly we are looking at the following competencies, traits :

- Must have passion for Gaming with a computer science background

- Must have been in frontline/leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Growth

- Must be a Hunter with experience in Explore (SEO, influence marketing, app indexing) and Exploit (google, FB) roles

- Must very good relationship building skill

- Must be comfortable with Data and analytics

- Will be good to have experience in working with Product team

- 5+ years of experience, one who can explore (ASO, SEO, Influencing Market, App Indexing and also exploit platforms like Google, Facebook, Ad Networks etc.).
