Head - Marketing & Sales - FMCG/FMCD/Apparel (18-22 yrs)
Looking for candidates who MUST have channel sales and marketing experience in either FMCG/FMCD/Apparel/Garments industry experience.
Head of Marketing and Sales : Location Delhi.
Responsible for Strategising, Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales for our client ; recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel of the organisation. Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Ecoemerce,Institustional Sales Dealers, Distributors.
Experience 15-20 years of experience which includes 10 years in FMCG and Core Sales and Marketing
- Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities - Identify and Understand relevant Market Trends and Potential, Analyse, Strategise and present solutions for Organizational Growth which includes but is not limited to Regions, Customer Base, Products,
Responsible for Implementation and Monitoring of Sales Strategy by region and product
- Identify monitoring parameters and shared period reports with solutions for potential growth and / or problems identified
- Responsible for Understanding the needs and psyche of the person / people / customer base of the market that Organisation operates in; and thereby recommend solutions / answers for any current and / or potential solutions. (In short, have your ears to the ground)
- Identify and share best practices across all brands and products of our client
- Define specific strategies that promote growth for individual brands while minimising conflict and cannablisation between them.
- Build and Implement Brand(s) Engagement and promotion strategy that will ensure a 'PULL'
- Build, Implement and Monitor a Communication Strategy for all Customers (Direct and Indirect) that will enable Customer Management, Engagement and Brand Management
- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on performance related to Sales Team, (by region and Individual), and Products
- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on Marketing Strategies and Expenditure
- Develop, track and Monitor Variable incentives for Employees and customers
- Identify and present a yearly budget basis Organizational and Department Goals and Objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring the flow of approve budgets, receivables, and managing costs
- Responsible for Profitability at a Gross Margin Level by region and product
- Other Duties and Responsibilities Other responsibilities related to Sales and Marketing initiatives as identified by the organization / management.
