We currently are handling some openings for the position of VP Sales & Marketing level for FMCG /Food sector.

Designation : Vice President Sales & Marketing / Head Sales & Marketing

Qualification : Any graduate / MBA

Experience :

- 15 - 22 years of experience in Sales & Marketing exp out of which 6-8 years in Marketing experience is must in FMCG, Food, Tea, Coffee, Food, Snack, Namkeen,FMCG products categories.

Candidates from 1999 - 2006 batches from companies that have been growing very fast and only from FMCG, Food, Tea, Coffee, Food, Snack, Namkeen,FMCG sectors. Should have sizeable contributions made in each of the stints organizations are having aggressive growth plans.

KRA's :

- Will Lead the SalesMarketing function and will be responsible for driving strategic thinking as well as execution.

- Will be responsible for drive marketing & sales and increase top line of the business with marketing mixes for competitive categories.
