What will you be doing?
1. Strategize international expansion and go-to-market to create predictable pipeline growth from different international geographies.
2. Create new channels for inbound leads while optimizing existing ones through quirky & creative growth hacks.
3. Optimize RoI from events, trade shows & conferences sponsored or hosted for product marketing.
4. Strategize & execute community-building initiatives around employee engagement & future of work.
5. Conduct customer advocacy case studies and success stories that create product awareness and consideration in the market.
Requirements :
What skills do you need? (looking from SAAS based organization only)
1. 6+ years of experience leading international growth and building pipeline in a B2B SaaS company (preferably HRTech).
2. Should be a kickass storyteller and communicator with extremely strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
3. Should be brimming with creativity and have a knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
4. Should have a growth-hacker mindset, absolutely passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate across functions.
5. Adopt a get shit done- mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
6. Experience with funnel optimization and owning revenue goals with Sales.
