Roles & Responsibilities : Why work with us : - We are passionate about our vision and our product, and have a young, diverse and vibrant team working towards this vision. - We work with some of the biggest names in broadcasting (Disney Hotstar, Sony Liv, SkySport etc) - We work on some of the biggest sporting events in the world (Olympics, UEFA, ICC World Cup etc) - We are growing daily- we have scanned 1650m videos, delivered 4.2x higher engagement and 60% growth in viewership time for our clients, along with 1280 mn hours of manual labor saved Responsibilities : - Define and implement Marketing and Growth programs - Hire a team that can successfully implement strategies - Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis - Global PR management. - Handling Campaigns and building & managing a team. - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely What are we looking for : - 10- 12 years of experience in marketing and building MarTech solutions - Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate - Ability to build and manage digital marketing strategies, create thought leadership campaigns and juggle multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of Tech Stack.
