- Responsible for conceptualising and strategizing to improving the customer experience and brand credibility by working on promotions, campaign marketing, social media, Brand Positioning, PR, Innovations, Channel Strategy, Digital Marketing & Market Research to establish our brand in the market.

Job Description :
- Giving strategic direction to the Retail division through consumer research, data analytics, macro market trends.
- Conduct periodic consumer research of our products and give direction to the dedicated marketing teams in order to identify trends in changing consumer behaviour.
- Identify and engage good data analytics company to provide intelligence for effective events and promotions.
- Retail/business & sales analytics.
- Give direction and implement digital marketing tools and programs across
- Centralise PR and ensure and facilitate PR for all products
- Build a good network of media agencies and guide marketing teams to create effective monthly retainers.
- From time to time conduct catchment analysis for new products and provide consumer inputs in product evaluation.
- Create tools across w.r.t. Loyalty programs, effective digital programs and keeping the Client ahead of Competition in respect to both marketing and technology aspects.
- Develop a successful new product strategy to gain strong traction
Profile :
Qualifications & experience : MBA (Marketing) from premier Business school
- 3 Years Continuity
- Must have 12-15 years relevant industry experience with B2C, Hospitality, Luxury etc.
- Personal Traits & Competencies
- Innovative thinking to conceptualise new products to address current and emerging needs
- Ability to build a brand from zero; The promise, USP, pricing, customer segmentation etc.
- Expertise in customer insights and market research-based analysis
- Ability to convert research data / inputs into product ideas and concepts
Brand management : Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
Goal/ task prioritization : Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Able to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Able to manage and allocate budgets
- Analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans
