Branding & Communication
- Being the Brand custodian, drive all aspects of brand management viz. thought leadership on the brand architecture.
- Creating a unified & consistent communication plan to reach the consumer, in line with brand perception & values.
- Developing & evolving & the current brand positioning vis a vis the evolving markets, customer needs, business segments, competition tracking; with a view to creating a blueprint for brand uplifting & evolution over a period of time.
Demand Generation
- Generating demand for product & services offering amongst right target groups, thereby working in tandem with the requirements of the Businesses.
- Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact on both brand (Awareness/Consideration scores) and business objectives (grow top of the funnel, i.e. footfall /lead generation etc).
- Working closely with Management & Business Heads for creation & execution of Go-To-Market strategy for new products & businesses to enable them to meet their commercial objectives with the right tools, materials, promotional plans and marketing interventions
- In depth understanding & experience of Digital & Online Marketing.
Others:
- PR handling
- The person should be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and data are driven to ensure that the customer/brand experience
- Strong focus on Return on Investments (ROI) on brand /promotional spends
- Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
