Head - Marketing - Retail (7-12 yrs)
Prime Responsibilities :
- To formulate the annual brand marketing plan as per the Branding and Sales objectives, including Offline and Online channels, ATL, BTL, Activations, Events and Exhibitions. To be able to effectively manage outside agencies for the above.
- Periodic formulation and execution of Tactical Go to market strategies.
- To create, manage and source all marketing collateral for the Brand namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other POS materials, including the content, design, creativity and proof reading etc.
- To plan the Annual Marketing activity calendar in sync with the Branding and Sales objectives and to keep updating and upgrading the same tactically periodically and at least quarterly.
- To oversee and execute the various marketing activities.
- To carry out Market Research activity related to Brand, Consumer and Products.
- To explore newer geographical areas and demographics for Brand expansion
- To explore new product feasibility for existing markets.
- To carry out regular visits to the markets to understand and develop effective tactical marketing plans.
- Fortnightly/ Monthly/ Quarterly and Annual progress reporting is expected
- Support in all marketing purposes to the Business Heads
