Our client is a market leader and one of key players in the Retail sector with presence across multiple locations within India
- Responsible to drive sales & profitability across both online & retail channels.
- Driving sales by strategic planning and execution of ATL, BTL Marketing.
- Execute state / city level activation plans based on insights from CRM and consumer research.
- Create store (e.g. New store, Low Performing store etc.) wise activation plans based on deep understanding of the needs of that catchment area
- Build winning activation ideas through a deep understanding and connect with the product and of the competitive landscape.
- Ensure that store activation / consumer promotions optimize both sales as well as margin delivery.
- Drive online sales through execution of winning consumer promotions which drive clicks & conversion.
- Plan & deliver on brand content for the website & for Brand stores on ecommerce platforms.
- Build processes for utilization of content across multiple touchpoints instore, social, digital website etc
- Post Graduate Degree in Business with minimum 12 years of experience in Consumer Marketing. Candidates with experience in consumer, retail and e commerce companies will be preferred.
As the leader of the Marketing function, the incumbent will need to work collaboratively with the Sales / Operations team, VM team, Space Planning team and the Product creation team. Candidates need to have strong collaboration and team management skills.
