Head - Marketing - Retail (10-15 yrs)
- To create a marketing vision and mission for the organization to build the brands and increase market share, leading to increased revenue, awareness, respect, and relevance among the target audience.
- To ensure that the brand's story is communicated creatively so as to attract and sustain attention, growth and engagement with consumers.
- Crafting strategies for all Marketing functions, including Digital, Advertising, Communications (PR and Corporate), Digitization, Visual Merchandising, Loyalty and Creatives.
- Research and adapt customer, market and fashion insights for strategically evolving the Brand.
- Strategize programs and offerings to strengthen the loyal base of customers and bring in new customers. Effectively leverage the loyal customer base.
- To play a mentorship role for key marketing department personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, ensuring constant growth in their professional skills, and grooming them for taking larger roles within the organization.
- Build annual marketing plans and budgets for the smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Actively work with the Sales teams to deliver programs that lead to footfall growth.
- Prepare seasonal and hygiene marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
- Prepare campaign analysis and ROI to measure and improve performance
