Job Description
- This role will require strong strategic skills, as it will lead the thinking on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand planning, and budget management for a world renowned super luxury real estate brand.
- Planning & Execution of Branding activities
- Strategize and planning for business growth.
- Launching new campaigns, schemes and offers from concept to roll out.
- Planning all the BTL/ exhibitions/ events/promotional activities.
- Planning activities to increase the walk-ins to the projects.
- Planning launch activities for the new projects.
- Planning efficient OOH campaigns to have maximum visibility of the project.
- Market Research and Competition tracking
- Design and implement the digital & offline collaterals.
- Strong pedigree is a must (IIMs, ISB or top rated International B Schools)
- Leading and influencing a cross functional team and key stakeholders
- Leading the concept development process
- Leading conversationalization and revenue generation
- Branding/Positioning Strategy
- Marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation
- Preparing marketing budget and controlling the spend.
- Adept at Digital Marketing techniques like SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media campaigns etc
- Experience in luxury brand is preferable.
- Reporting and optimization of key performance metrics like conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, lead cost etc
- HNI and UHNI customer acquisition through non traditional channels and brand build across new platforms.
