Head of Marketing for India's Largest Realty Multinational

Inviting Applications for Marketing Head role opened with India's Largest Real Estate Multinational.

- Established in 1980, Today the Company is worth 40000 Cr INR & India's No 1 real estate developer, focusing on delivering the world's finest residential and commercial developments as well as Digital Infrastructure (data centers, light industrial etc

- They have achieved sales of over 56 000 crores in last 8 years (FY 14 21 have high quality land bank of 4600 acres+ and 38 ongoing projects & a team of 3000 associates they are committed to delivering the world's finest homes, offices, and retail spaces.

Associate best suited for this role :

- Tier 1 MBA with total experience of 12+ years preferably from consumer Brands, Banking, eCommerce, retail etc backgrounds.

- Minimum experience of 5 years heading category Possesses an 'entrepreneurial spirit' and passion towards business building, innovation and management of large scale efforts.

CTC range : 90 to 120 LPA

Please apply appropriately as per above specs. We are looking for either Bangalore/South India Based Candidates or a Native there.

Key Responsibilities :

- Craft strategies across all areas of Marketing teams including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives

- Drive the brand and be responsible for consumer initiatives, consumer insights and market intelligence, business model and budget management Lead the innovation and launch agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds

- Develop annual and project specific brand promotion plans and handle participation at various events Lead commercialization and revenue generation of new and ongoing brands

- Develop plans to strengthen our brand, allocate resources to different projects and set short term and long term goals Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the regional team

- Lead the concept development process, manage brand communication and product strategy from inception to delivery of the brand Ensure that each brand measures up to overall consumer positioning and segment goals

- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface for lead tracking and
