Job Description
- Work on marketing and advertising tools like Google adwords, analytics, Facebook Ads, Insta ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter and other Ad Tools to generate relevant leads for business.
- Developing marketing strategies for different business verticals of the organization.
- Drive Online and Offline marketing campaigns according to the requirements.
- Development of brand activities to put out the organization as a reputed brand across the industry through offline as well as online channels.
- Handle SEM, SEO and SMM for the company and generate desired traffic to the website.
- Coordinating with sales team and maintaining the quality and quantity of leads required by the team
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to analytics.
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy. Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Marketing function preferably in real estate sector
- MBA preferred from recognized university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization, Leadership, and time-management skills
- Multitasking skills
- Eye for detail
