Head - Marketing & Product Development - Residential Projects

Experience : 5-10 years of experience, in Marketing and Product Development in marketing agencies and residential projects.

Role : Head marketing

Location : Gurgaon

Education : MBA or Mass communication from reputed institute (mandatory)

Industry : Candidate should have worked in real estate and marketing agency also ((mandatory))

About Role:

- Handling end to end marketing includes Residential project planning and budgeting, project positioning, creative and media planning and execution and launch.

- Leading research initiatives for Group which includes the execution of brand and customer researches.

- Evaluation of new deals in terms of pricing and product suggestions, part of launch task force before for every phase/product in terms of strategic tie ups, pricing strategy and integration of all pillars of sales (International/Domestic/Channels/regions etc.) to ensure all requisite support is provided to all teams to meet their Annual targets
