Position Title - Marketing Partner - Private Wealth Management

Business - Private Wealth Management

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose : Drive marketing strategy and action to enable private wealth management to become the best in customer trust.

Key Responsibilities :

a. Customer Insight - Develop intimate understanding of our customers, their needs, passion, ambition and their concerns, issues and pain points.

b. Business Strategy - Design marketing strategy to influence business decisions on ; where to play and how to win

c. Engage customers to enhance our share of attention and wallet

d. Design - Implement design thinking across value chain to deliver best in class customer experience

e. Digital - Develop digital strategy for the organization, lead our digital value proposition, product and offering, develop platform for client and communities

f. Brand Building - Lead the strategy and effort in positioning private wealth brands across multiple stake holders

Role reports into the Business Head - Private Wealth Management.
