Head - Marketing - Pharma/Healthcare

Position: Head-Marketing (Leading Pharma/ Healthcare Co)

Role:

- Lead in the Designing of the Marketing Strategy for the business

- Define the brand and portfolio strategy

- Map competitive landscape proactively, generate brand level counter strategies to outperform competition

- Identify business growth opportunities and plan and execute a strategy and actions

- Lead the evolution of the digital marketing strategy

- Lead and manage the marketing team

Requirements:

- MBA with 15+ yrs of experience in Marketing in the Pharma/ Healthcare Industry

- Should have managed marketing for a leading portfolio of brands with sizeable market size

- Should have proven marketing skills

- Should have experience leading teams
