- Leadership Marketing Opportunity
- With a leading global pharma giant
- Provide best in class strategic insights that shape/develop program/brand strategy
- Drive comprehensive outside-in strategic perspective bringing value adding insights on patients, customers, competitors, payors and regulators
- Integrate research, intelligence, analytics and intuition to generate insights that enable fact based decision making
- Support key development decision points with commercial market opportunity assessment, positioning, segmentation for products in new indications
- Past work reflects a track record of operational excellence in Market research or Brand Management
- Excellent cross-functional and analytical skills and ability to extract insights. Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment. Strong process/project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively alongside having a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of organization
- Strong business acumen
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a team, superior leadership/collaboration capabilities demonstrating inclusive management style
- Familiarity with process management, quality KPIs and operational issues / management would be of advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Career progression with global exposure
