Job Description:
1. Build brand position and frameworks for communication across products/ range
2. Develop product portfolio for long term and immediate term
3. Work with R&D to develop products to fill portfolio gaps
4. Marketing mix development for both current and new products- product, packaging, pricing, promotion
4. Develop strategies to increase off-takes for products and execute them in conjunction with sales team
5. Monitor brand health parameters like awareness, trial, satisfaction through tracks/ research
6. Control the marketing spends in line with budgets
7. Develop and motivate the team
8. . Work towards creating an effective and efficient digital and social media marketing strategy and execution plan
Other Responsibilities:
- The incumbent would be in charge of all consumer initiatives for the business.
- Will be handling a team of four persons ( 2 product managers, 1 activation manager, 1 design executive )
- The marketing budget for the business for the year is Rs. 17cr.
Qualification:
MBA from a reputed institution
