Listed as one of the "World's Most Admired Companies", they are looking to hire an enthusiastic individual to drive their marketing function in India Job Description 1) Accountable to support sales revenue growth across India through a well-balanced global/regional marketing plan with a specific focus on acquiring new logos and increasing market share. 2) Act as the top marketing advisor for India Sales Executive and the General Manager ensuring that the marketing plan will support the country business objectives 3) The candidate will have direct responsibility and will be focused on Outbound Lead Generation and sales activation around core initiatives for the India market, in coordination with the ESI marketing operations team 4) Manage complex projects which require a cross-functional team working with a budget responsibility An Ideal Candidate should come with: 1) 8-15 years B2B marketing experience in India with a proven track record 2) Experience working in the areas of field marketing and outbound lead generation activities 3) Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company Salary offered: 25-40LPA
