The Marketing Operations Head will drive efficiency and effectiveness in the marketing operations and deliver best in class communication for their external and internal audience.
Content management
- Manage entire content lifecycle - planning, calendar, creation, publish and report
- Manage expectations with multiple stakeholders and deliver in expected SLAs
- Drive efficiency in execution of templates and processes
- Bring in new age communication best practices across content formats
Production team management :
- Manage high performing team of marketing, content, design and event experts
- Continuous skill development of the team with training programs
Partner management :
- Manage partner relationships across various areas including content, design, events
- Continuous evaluation of partners and improving performance
- Onboarding of new partners
Budget management :
- Manage the budget cycle - planning and finalizing budgets
- Interacting with various marketing leaders and get the inputs for planning budgets
- Generate reports and help in optimizing budgets
