And to those customers acquired through OTAs, we would like them to be loyal to our BHG brand. Ideally someone with a successful experience from digital marketing community - great if from a boot-strapped start up. If this person is from hotel / travel / online travel / food / airline etc. related background - it would be ideal. This person will have to design a complete road map - to build the - bloom- brand - amongst Indian domestic, Indian corporate, International Tourists. The need would be to connect all the dots in Mktg, - So basically the entire gamut - starting from PR, media, social media and going over to know your guest, loyalty programs et al. The understanding of how search engines work, mapping guest profile, designing suitable special offers and executing them online etc. will be essential. One of the first things may also be to review our website content and weave it around the brand philosophy.
