Job Description for a position in Marketing & Product Strategy

Responsibilities:

- Ensure marketing activities are conducted in line with company policies and procedures as well as in line with local regulations

- Plan and implement all digital marketing activities to ensure effective customer acquisition.

- Preparation of marketing strategies for all products and development of annual marketing plans as well as their execution and evaluation.

- Work closely with the stake holders in planning strategies for all retention activities and implementing the same.

- Working closely with the management in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, suggesting pricing strategies and plans to drive the business.

- Make all analyses and recommendations required to allow the Company to achieve its development goals, within the set financial targets

- Executing the creative build, delivery, fulfilment and optimization of cross marketing campaigns spanning acquisition.

- Developing the optimisation Roadmap for the business.

- Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and work closely with business stakeholders to continually optimise the online marketing activities, including PPC, Affiliate, Online Display and SEO.

- Management and optimisation of PPC and affiliate programmes, including liaising with agencies where necessary.

- Build regular reporting and analysing SEM and Affiliate performance.

- Be the Online Display 'experts' advising on, implementing and measuring campaigns.

Key Requirements:

- Over 8 yrs experience in digital marketing either pure play online or online department of large ecommerce business

- Experience in creating strategies and implementing them

- A strong understanding of all aspects of online marketing.

- An analytical mindset.
