Head - Marketing - Online/Internet (4-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Own performance marketing (Facebook and Google): Develop an overall strategy, optimize creatives, messaging, channels. Test new ideas and analyse results to keep improving. You should also have experience with retargeting, affiliate marketing, influencers and other emerging sources.

- Define creative strategy & calendars: Use creativity and analytics to make high-performing marketing assets including videos, Facebook ads, etc. Use customer insights and empathy to optimize copy, branding, visuals across all channels (including organic channels like Instagram).

- Help set up and maintain conversion tracking & attribution tools for all our funnels (e.g., Segment / Amplitude)

- Monitor and improve conversion across the acquisition funnel using data from the marketing/sales tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Experiment with landing pages, SEO, content & email marketing channels to improve the efficiency of spend

- Launch referral and additional models of growth through targeted experiments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in deriving customer acquisition and growth

- Expertise in Facebook, google ads and other paid channels

- B2C startup experience (BONUS: prior experience at a B2C health-focused company)

- Strong working knowledge of marketing tools and tech. In-depth experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, UTM/conversion tracking & Google Analytics.

- Experience building and scaling different acquisition channels, across online and offline.

- Experience running A/B experiments, and delivering improvements through a CMS such as WordPress

- Be creative with copywriting skills and an eye for good graphic design

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present data to make decisions

- Ability to lead but will also roll up sleeves and dive into details.
