Head - Marketing - Oil & Gas Firm (12-20 yrs)
- Head the Marketing function for the India Business
- Plays a leadership role in strategy development and engages with all external and internal stakeholders to give direction to the business.
- Design and develop the annual marketing master plan for deployment with the team. Plans built on careful evaluation of the right Marketing mix.
- Design and develop all communication along with the respective agencies and team to drives sales and build brand equity.
- Design and develop all channel communication tools in close coordination with the Sales team and customers.
- Strategizes on all content development along with the digital and other agencies after carefully understanding the brand objectives.
- Review the progress of all marketing initiatives and achieve all KPIs as stated. Discuss and share with the leadership team progress report
- Review reports, study and analyze data to understand consumer trends and links to business progress. Discuss and share with leadership team and cross functional team.
- Plan marketing spend, allocate the resources and analyze the spends. Ensure a healthy ROI. Make necessary course corrections based on what is working and best suited for the business.
- Lead the innovation and pipeline for portfolio expansion. Work closely with the R&D and stakeholders to build the long-term launch calendar.
- Play a key role in key business development matters impacting the topline and bottom - line.
- Lead and develop a strong brand team. Develop their skills and lead them to become better marketers.
