Head - Marketing - Motors (10-20 yrs)
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university with good scores. Should have a sound working knowledge of Motors.
Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of direct experience in Motors including manufacturing, marketing hands on experience.
- Should have thorough Knowledge of the Technical Aspects of different kinds of Motors, input materials for Motors, and the manufacturing processes for Motors.
- Should have had experience in direct selling of different types of Motors for high reliability applications in Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Specialty Industrial segments for both Indian and International markets.
- Should independently survey the Indian and International markets, customers, product requirements, market potential and prepare a marketing strategy with a time bound conversion to business.
- Should be able to research Cost Structures for Motors manufacturing globally, and achieve Cost Leadership through cross functional teamwork for competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Should work to anticipate Emerging Technologies to realise products for the future in our target markets.
