JOB SPECIFICATION

Position : Head of Marketing

Location : Mumbai

Position/Role Description :

The Head of Marketing will be the strategic marketing leader of the business. The incumbent would be passionate about understanding the player decision-making the process as they navigate through a very crowded mobile games space. Through this understanding, they will develop strategic and tactical marketing differentiators that are critical to success in the mobile games space. The Head of Marketing will be a hands-on, high-energy, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced and highly demanding start-up environment.

General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities:

- Build upon the core marketing strategy for scaling up of the business.

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition growth and costs.

- Develop marketing execution plans and deliver on acquisition targets within time and budget.

- Come up with new ideas for internal and external campaigns that would appeal masses.

- Build and lead a team of campaign managers, media buyers and analysts. Allocate marketing resources to different campaigns based on budget.

- Have a measurement-driven mindset to measure, optimize and scale new advertising and organic growth channels.

- Work with Brand team to build new marketing materials for various organic or paid campaigns.

- Work with Web Development team to build new web assets to drive new and existing campaign delivery.

- Lead product marketing efforts by improving key conversion metrics through consumer journey improvement in a scientific manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

- 6-8 years of marketing experience

- At least 3 years of experience with digital marketing for a B2C business

- At least 2 years of experience building B2B partnerships to drive new user growth

Digital Marketing Skills and Experience

- Strong skills at management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition. Hands-on experience is a must.

- Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on multiple advertising channels.

- Experience in running user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google Search, Display, Affiliates is a significant plus.

- Strong understanding of setting and executing AB tests to drive conversion rate improvement.

- Should possess very strong understanding of the creative process to drive user acquisition.

- Should have experience building and leading teams to achieve marketing goals

- Should have obsessive focus on clearly measurable ROI.
