We are looking to hire a Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience in Techno marketing / Customer support /Customer Engagement Strategies/ Technical services in Cement Industry/RMC Industry OR Building Material

- Responsible for achieving highest level of customer & Influencer engagement

Enriching brand experience through differentiated strategic initiatives, services & solutions. - Enhancing customer reach, better utilization of resources, capability building and monitoring productivity to achieve business goals.

- Pres ales, New product development, Technical projects, BD. Marketing and Sales of Civil Engineering building materials through channel partners.

- Solution based pitch to project owners, consultants and contractors. Service existing customers and Development of new distribution channels and local partners.

- P&L responsibility. Focus on achieving breakthrough Business objectives while creating unique proposition & strengthening business relationships.

- A decisive leader with excellence in optimizing complete range of products and services to its valued clientele, investigating new business opportunities, maximizing its competitive strength for long term success

- Collaborate with marketing & sales team and other key stakeholders to understand customer insights and execute customer centric market/sell plans and programs, which increase the sales and margin growth

- Develop a targeted value proposition for various clients to ensure a seamless experience and grew repeat business from the clients

- Leverage the knowledge of the market and the competitor landscape in identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change to increase revenue & operational efficiency

- Consistent track record of delivering results and building winning teams
