Head - Marketing - Luxury Mall (10-18 yrs)

Looking for some who can design the brand development strategy for the Mall. Lead Marketing Strategy, Communication Strategy, creating Annual Marketing Calendar, Marketing Budget, Agency co-ordination, ATL & BTL activation, Media Planning, Partnerships, Alliances, Program and Content Promotion.


- Provide the leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the objectives

- of the department

- Developed brand, PR and customer experience strategies for the Mall

- Responsible for the marketing plans, budgets and ensuring the cost to revenue ratios are maintained.

- Data mining and analysis for developing targeted communication and marketing programs targeted

- Deciding the web strategy and online brand engagement activities, including working on social media strategy and timely implementation of digital campaigns

Job Specifications & Qualifications :

Full time MBA from a reputed BSchool from Retail / FMCG / FMCD or similar kind Industries with strong brand building and strategic marketing expertise in creating customer experience
