They are currently looking to hire a Head of Marketing based in Mumbai Job Role - Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: A comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Organization's image and position within the marketplace and public in general - Collaborate with the business team (sales, product, strategy etc.) to create and implement effective go to market strategies for new and existing products - Participate in developing the new product proposition in line with the overall strategy of the company - Direct market / customer research, forecasting, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and translate results into actionable insights for the business team. - Lead the activities of the Marketing Communications Department, including managing department personnel, short-term and long-term scheduling, resource needs, and developing and managing the annual marketing budget. - Oversee integration, implementation, and measurement of the corporate brand strategy across all business units Candidate Profile - Master's degree in Marketing Advertising, Communications from reputed college - Successful track record in senior marketing roles in FMCG, Consumer Durable, Luxury Products Minimum of 15+ years successful marketing communication - Experience in leading all aspects of marketing, digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing - Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in results-oriented environment - An affinity for current digital technologies is essential - Creative innovator with entrepreneurial spirit Location - Mumbai
