Job profile:

- Looking for a very strong profile who can lead and create marketing plan for the company ahead.

- Should be really good in digital marketing, driving campaigns, Social Media updates, Marketing via various supply chain forums etc.

- Must be familiar with new age marketing tools, digital campaigns

- Be a brand custodian and ensure sanctity of the brand across all channels and collaterals

- Plan, Manage & Execute - Multi-channel campaigns with great focus on product narrative and positioning, customer lifecycle multi-channel partnerships and organic website growth

- Use competitor analysis and market trend information to develop marketing and product strategy

- Drive business growth through revenue and lead generation initiatives from digital (influencers, Google, Facebook, DBM, other networks) and other lead sources.

- Support revenue growth plans with integrated marketing programs and retail campaigns.

People Management: Develop a high performance culture, develop -KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance, and manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to assist in the achievement of global, regional and country objectives and targets
